About:  We are  a full-benefit company seeking a fast learning and detail-oriented eCommerce Fulfillment Specialist; for our North Austin Corporate location. As part of our e-commerce team you will be responsible for completing online orders and returns in an efficient manner. This is a fast-paced position that requires occasional lifting. The candidate that will be successful in this role is extremely reliable, thorough, and has strong data entry and customer service skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• • Receive and fulfil orders in a timely, efficient manner
  • Answer phone calls and emails, process returns, and provide online customer service
  • Cross training and collaboration with others
  • Efficiently gather and record data in Excel for inventory and order tracking
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with various warehouses
  • Become an expert in SKU specific products
  • Monitor marketplaces metrics and claims
  • Foster and maximize key relationships with internal employees
  • Flexibility to work some Saturdays and overtime

Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate or equivalent job experience
• Substantial data entry experience
• Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Computer proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with emphasis in Excel and PC operation and navigation
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team
• Strong listening skills
