About Us: We are a chain retailer based in Austin TX (Car stereo and installation facilities) but we operate in several states. Our corporate office is located in North Austin near Mopac and Far West where you would office out of. The assistant position is for the President of the company. The President is usually out in the "field" and travels very frequently. Most interaction will be phone and email based.

Work Schedule:: Monday through Friday - 9am to 6pm - or - 8:00 to 5:00pm. (1 hour lunch + two 15-minute breaks) - Periodically, we may require a Saturday, we could switch days off or you could earn overtime as an option.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be over 18
  • Some knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Retrieving estimates from various companies
  • Going through various reports and delivering summarized information
  • Posting various items on Social Media
  • Responding to emails when President is unable to
  • Light customer service related tasks such as calling clients and addressing concerns
  • Updating calendar and setting reminders
  • Communicating with store staff regarding various tasks issued by President (follow ups & verification)
  • Optional: Light travel to the various cities/states we operate in to assist President with various things such as opening new locations, events, etc... generally 2 day trips, maximum 4 days. All expenses paid. Travel is not required, but optional.

On a personal level:

  • Scheduling personal appointment or booking reservations
  • Organizing gatherings at residence (hiring chef, bartender, etc...)
  • Pickup and delivery of light items locally.
